Physical Therapy

Physical therapy involves remediating impairments and promoting mobility, function, and quality of life through examination, diagnosis, prognosis, and manual therapy intervention, such as physical manipulation, adaptive devices, movements and supervised exercise programs. We, as physical therapists, diagnose and treat people of all ages, who have medical, surgical or other health-related conditions, illnesses or injuries that limit mobility and functional activities. We will help you improve or restore your physical function. And, remember, you do not need a doctor’s referral to start physical therapy. Read more about that on our Direct Access page.

Some of the conditions we treat with physical therapy include:

  • Injuries from a motor vehicle accident
  • Knee injuries or pain
  • Shoulder injuries or pain
  • Foot and ankle injuries and pain
  • Running injuries
  • Injuries from all sports
